Los Cangilones de Gualaca is a natural canyon located in the province of Chiriquí, Panama. It is a popular spot for swimming, cliff jumping, and hiking. The canyon is formed by the Río Estí, which has carved its way through the rock over thousands of years. As a result, a series of deep pools and narrow channels have formed, making it perfect for exploration.

Los Cangilones de Gualaca is located about an hour’s drive from the city of David. The entrance to the canyon is located in the village of Gualaca. Visitors are required to pay a small fee for entry.

Once inside the canyon, visitors will find a series of well-maintained trails that lead to various swimming holes. These trails are easy to follow. The swimming holes come in different sizes and depths. Some of the pools are deep enough for swimming, while others are shallow enough for wading.
